Agreement

These terms apply to your use of taqventures.com, run by Taq Ventures Ltd. ("we" or "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is for

The site describes our services and our work. Its content is general information, not professional, legal or financial advice, and nothing on it is an offer to provide services. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

The website grader

The grader is a free, automated tool. It reads a website's public pages and uses third-party services, including Google PageSpeed Insights, to produce a score and a list of suggested fixes. Its results are estimates to help you decide what to look at, not guarantees of search ranking, traffic or business results. We may change, limit or withdraw the tool at any time.

Using the site properly

Please do not:

• try to interfere with the site, its security, or the areas reserved for our staff;
• send automated or large volumes of requests to the site or the grader;
• use the site to break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
• copy or republish the site's content in bulk, or present it as your own.

Our content

The text, design, graphics and the Taq Ventures name and logo are owned by Taq Ventures Ltd. or used with permission. Client names, logos, photographs and project materials shown in our case studies belong to their owners and appear with permission. You are welcome to view, share links to, and print pages for your own reference. Other uses need our written permission.

Other people's content and links

Some pages show posts embedded from other platforms, and the site links to websites we do not run. That content belongs to its owners, and those platforms and websites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Taq Ventures Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the site or the grader, or from relying on anything on it.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about them will be heard by the courts of Alberta.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
